Leadership Definition Leadership is the ability of a company's management to set and achieve challenging goals, take swift and decisive action, outperform the competition, and inspire others to perform well. It is tough to place a value on leadership or other qualitative aspects of a company, compared to quantitative metrics that are commonly tracked and much easier to compare between companies. Individuals with strong leadership skills in the business world often rise to executive positions such as CEO, COO, CFO, president and chairman. Strengths: Supportive, reliable, patient, imaginative, observant, enthusiastic, loyal, hardworking person and good practical skills. Weaknesses: shyness, take things too personally and overload themselves The Defender personality type is quite unique, as many of their qualities defy the definition of their individual traits. Though sensitive, Defenders have excellent analytical abilities; though reserved, they have well-developed people skills and robust social relationships; and though they are generally a conservative type, Defenders are often receptive to change and new ideas. As with so many things, people with the Defender personality type are more than the sum of their parts, and it is the way they use these strengths that defines who they are. Strengths It says my strengths are that I am a supportive person, someone that share their knowledges, experiences, time and energy with anyone who needs it, and even more so with friends and family. For me, I have always liked to help people since that makes me feel very good with myself but sometimes, without realizing it, I become leader in some of the groups that I enter since I help my teammates and that makes that they see to me like the leader of the team.
