Other than receiving customer feedback, Kevin could get feedback from his salesforce to see if their satisfied with their work environment. To ensure positive customer service, it’s of utter important that the salesforce is happy with their position and encouraged to carry out tasks in a positive manner. Kevin can give questionnaires to salesforce regarding how content/happy they are with their working environment and offer a suggestions box to encourage employee engagement. By taking care of the worker’s needs, the salesforce will feel that their working needs are being taken care of which will result to a happy salesforce that’ll create a positive shopping environment to the customer. 2. I think the type of feedback Kevin is willing to provide is a smart idea and a necessary action to constantly grow as a company. If anything is a bit off or out of character for one
