Paragraph #1 George genuinely cares about Lennie’s well being, even though George constantly acts mean to Lennie. Lennie was mentioning how he could run away from George and live in a cave. To prevent Lennie from running away, George said “No-look! I was just foolin’, Lennie. Cause I want you to stay with me.” (11 ) If George did not care about Lennie’s well being, he could let him run away and Lennie would probably get hurt or die. George needed to persuade Lennie to stay and prevent him from being harmed.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
