Administrative Fellowship Administrate fellowship is usually a training program offered to individuals to help them gain vast exposure and increase their knowledge through project-based work that is tailored to their goals and the organization's strategic direction. The program gives the individual the right to work on projects involving many different departments, functions and divisions. A key attribute of the administrative fellowship program is that it exposes fellows to governance and decision-making at the most senior level. Attention is given to senior management forums, including selected Board of Trustees committee meetings. Access to senior level management is available throughout the program, including regular mentoring meetings with senior leadership and project sponsors. Individuals are given opportunities that can include "current topics" seminars and educational and networking events provided through various colleges and departments. Individuals will also be exposed to the importance of the teacher-practitioner model. This model exposes individuals to the research and current projects of faculty members, creating a rich learning environment for the individuals.
