Explain how you have incorporated the principles of progression, recuperation, warm up and fun into each exercise prescription to insure that you will improve your health- related fitness. I have incorporated the principle of progression. Every week I challenge myself by increasing the intensity in lifting weights since I created a specific plan for working out where I am increasing duration, frequency and intensity of my exercises. For the principle of Recuperation , I always have time to recuperate since I work out one or two body parts in a day. In that case when I start by working out on one specific body part like biceps and triceps , I do it again the following week. My warm ups firstly consist in stretching , that way the body is ready to workout and to perform it’s best. I know that warm ups are very important because they help notice when the muscles are prepared to work out. Overall , warming up is very important because it helps to reduce risk

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
