Training Instrument 11-2 Feedback Preparation Worksheet Feedback for: Lauren Mosher Coach’s Name: Jessica Gazzani Meeting Notes (4-5 sentences on topics of discussion): In this session, our focus revolved around receiving feedback in our future jobs. We talked about how we were currently examining the feedback performance appraisal process in class. We talked about how we would feel through each step of the process. o At the beginning- apprehensive, nervous We talked about how it was the managers job to put us at ease through the process and that these feelings were okay. We also talked about confidence and how important it is to have this walking into the meeting. o Hearing about the review We talked about how we agreed that if the manager said one negative thing that would be what we remembered and what we would take away from the entire meeting. We agreed that if the meeting went over 90 minutes we would probably just stop listening.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
