SOCI 234 Mortality Homework SOCI 234 Population and Society Mortality Homework Hard copy due in class, Monday October 6 Answers must be typed and printed. Include all formulas used in your answer, these may be handwritten or you can use the equation and symbol features in Word. If your final answer is incorrect you may receive partial credit. You must show as much of your work as reasonably possible for this to happen. For question 1 you must show the complete formula filled in—that is you must show all of your work. For the other questions you do not need to show every calculation but showing how you are plugging numbers into equations will help earn partial credit if necessary. You may work together to complete the homework but each person must write up and submit their own assignment. For some questions it will be easier to do these calculations in a spreadsheet than with a hand calculator. Either way be sure to double check your work! All tables are available in a separate spreadsheet to help with the calculations.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
