Part 3: Experimental Design Plan Assignment: 15 points Now that you have read and summarized two articles about Sow Bugs and how they are used for research, you can design your own short experiment that can easily be completed in lab. Objectives: Using the scientific method devise your own experiment Make observations Ask Questions Develop a hypothesis Plan for an experimental method Develop a way to capture data Develop a way to analyze the data Load to dropbox when finished. Assignment: You will be provided with a choice chamber, paper towels, 8-10 sowbugs, an ice pack, and foil. If you want to bring other materials to class to more easily complete your experiment you are welcome to do so. Please narrate your experimental plan and be sure it includes the following components. What is your observation? What is your question? What did you learn from your background research?
