TYPE SMALL SCALE PROJECT Small Scale Project The research study topic of choice involves the impact of leadership behavior on employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine how leadership behavior influences employee’s behavior within organization. The desired results from the data collection are to determine the various indicators of leadership effectiveness based on the performance evaluation and qualitative data. The objective of collection, analysis, and interpretation of this data is to determine if leadership behavior effects employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The reason for this topic of discussion is in reference to today’s organizational frameworks are more complex and involves significant challenges that results in the need for complete restructuring and downsizing.
