Khanh Tran Professor Healy WRT271 25 April 2017 Working in a team, organizing meetings, listening to the different ideas that we totally disagree or dealing with conflicts between team members are what we face frequently in the real business environment. Therefore, training teamwork skills at school is very necessary. The group project requires us to apply the concepts that we learned from the class to develop a manufacturing launch for a new product, research the market as well as learn how to work efficiently with other members with different personality. Below are the evaluation and the grading of our group members in my opinion: Name Evaluation Grade Jeffrey Gansworth Jeffrey is the leader of the team and the one who came up with the idea of Electric Craft. He presented at all meetings and showed enthusiasm and commitment in the project. 100 Sara Carlson Sara is committed and worked well with other members. She missed only one meetings but completed all the tasks given.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
