In working for a company that offers multiple services and products, a Divisional  structure is the configuration best suited for companies with similar product and service  offerings. As operating in a divisional structural format, each division serves a set of  regions. However, over the years, as it is explained in the text, job duties are often  duplicated on a divisional and regional/local level. This is often times inefficient to the  operations of the business as the goals of the division and region/local level don’t  always align. Those positions are often in jeopardy in the event of the organization’s  restructuring, causing duplicate positions to be phased resulting in employees being laid off. As in the case of a large companies, it also operates in a departmentalization format

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
