Class, Employment at Will Organizations and society that surrounds organizations are constantly changing and  with that organizations have to be willing to adjust their staffing function. Employment at  will is one of many legal aspects of the staffing function. Employment at will, “it means  that workers are free to sell their labor service to any employer, and employers may  employ whomever they prefer and terminate that employment arrangement at any time  and for any reason” (Baack, Reilly & Minnick, 2014). The fact that an employee could be hired or fired at the will of the employer, within the law of course, is how employment at  will changed the overall staffing process. Unemployment Insurance “Unemployment insurance provides monetary benefits for eligible unemployed workers.  The workers must be unemployed at no fault of their own” (Riley, 2016). Unemployment
