There is a question between values joy and happiness – which one to choose. While happiness is a state of being, joy is a feeling. In my opinion joy is much more intensive and is a consequence of a given situation, so it can lead you to wanting more joy in your life and not just being content with where you are and what you have. General happiness is very important, but life consists of much more than being happy all the time – it is almost impossible. Feeling joy often is much stronger, because as strange as it might sound people are not designed to feeling happy all the time, the happiness might become dull at some point. While happiness is a state of being and joy is a feeling, "Which one to choose?" is existed question between these two values. In my point of view, joy is more intensified and is a result of specific situation, so it could lead me to make more joy in my life, not only with my current status such as the current position and things I am owned.
