Joy is on the other hand value that is not as usable in business – however it can be perceived in the way that if a person is successful it brings him joy so the “drive” behind can be a really strong motivator. It is a selfish choice of value, but selfishness is necessary if a person wants to achieve their goals, not just what others want for them. Joy is part of many different values, just like they all are part of each other. There would be no point in friendship, family, or success if it would not bring the person joy. For me the choice of joy is connected to my personality – I consider myself and a large portion of my generation to be hedonists. It may be caused by the fact that for the first time in a long period we are able to do whatever we want without fatal consequences or judgment, especially in Slovakia. Joy is another aspect of emotion which is not in the usual sense used in business –
