Hi everyone! I had a lot of fun shooting this assignment. All my photos were shot using the manual mode on my camera and being a beginner with manual, I am so happy with the results. It feels great to familiarize myself with the manual settings on my camera. Most my photos were shot outdoors. I found that shooting outdoors is easier than shooting indoors, so I will experiment with my camera settings more to get more comfortable with shooting indoors. There were not many significant challenges during this assignment. I feel as if the only real challenge was figuring out how to use the right ISO and aperture for each setting. This first photo is probably my favorite from this assignment. I love the way the light hit the hand rail, creating the shadow and adding more line and shape to the picture. I shot this right before sunset (“the golden hour”) and I believe it was the perfect time to capture this photo. I
