The ladies The reason I ranked ladies number 1# was because they help contribute to soldiers in many ways here’s some examples females took care of their spouse business problem/kept their business going, dress up as men and signed for up in the army, become spies and look after soldiers by knitting clothes for them, give them food, becoming nurses to take of sick or cripple soldiers and much more. Here’s one example of a women that did one of these things Deborah Sampson enrolled as an officer and masked herself as a man to battle in the American Revolutionary war. 2. African Americans The reason African Americans ranked number 2# because they made both army’s stronger an estimated five thousand African American enrolled in the Continental Army they also provided food for the Continental Army such as corn and other foods they got from the fields.
