Chapter-3 1. Keeping in mind the facts and timeline of this situation, discuss Lavonda’s situation in terms of legal and ethical issues. Lavonda’s ethical issue was to be so close with her supervisor Allen. Even if there is no written rule, being closer than normal with the person who has the upper level at the same company is unethical but there is no problem with legality. She was new and did not now the unwritten rules at the company but at the end she had learned unwritten rules and process was very harmful to her. The other ethical issue for Lavonda was not reporting Allen at the correct time because there was something wrong going on and she was trying to fix it rather than report him. Basically, there were two main ethical issues. 2. Discuss Lavonda’s alternatives and possible professional and private outcomes for her. There are not much alternatives for Lavonda. Lavonda should proof Allen’s behavior somehow. If she could proof Allen’s misbehaviors she might acquit herself. And she would be
