Action ​ ​-​ ​Self​ ​liberation Maintenance -​ ​Helping relationships. -​ ​Stimuli​ ​control -​ ​Counter conditioning -​ ​Reinforcement management. ​ ​-​ ​I​ ​have​ ​been exercising​ ​at​ ​least 3​ ​times​ ​a​ ​week​ ​for the​ ​past​ ​6​ ​month. -​ ​I​ ​love​ ​working​ ​out with​ ​my​ ​buddy. -​ ​Staying​ ​active has​ ​been​ ​part​ ​of my​ ​daily​ ​schedule for​ ​the​ ​past​ ​year and​ ​I​ ​love​ ​the changes​ ​I​ ​feel. -​ ​I​ ​don't​ ​feel​ ​like exercising,​ ​but​ ​I can’t​ ​let​ ​my​ ​buddy down. -​ ​I​ ​got​ ​rid​ ​of​ ​the couch​ ​I​ ​set​ ​on​ ​to watch​ ​TV​ ​and replaced​ ​it​ ​with​ ​a spin​ ​bike. -​ ​I​ ​reward​ ​myself with​ ​ice​ ​cream every​ ​month,​ ​only​ ​if ​ ​-​ ​Set​ ​monthly​ ​events in​ ​which​ ​participants can​ ​share​ ​among each​ ​others​ ​concern, challenges,​ ​and strategies​ ​to overcome​ ​it. ​ ​-​ ​Ask​ ​those​ ​who succeed​ ​in​ ​changing behavior​ ​to​ ​help those​ ​who​ ​had relapsed​ ​and​ ​new participants. I​ ​meet​ ​my​ ​fitness goals. Termination ​ ​Want​ ​to​ ​pursue healthier​ ​living, but​ ​can​ ​not determine​ ​if lifestyle​ ​choices are​ ​problematic. ​ ​Poor​ ​diet​ ​and​ ​lack of​ ​exercise​ ​pushes a​ ​person​ ​to​ ​make better​ ​choices.​ ​For better​ ​results. ​ ​Make​ ​an​ ​healthy meal​ ​plan.​ ​Find​ ​a companion​ ​that​ ​will motivate​ ​the​ ​other​ ​to stay​ ​fit​ ​and productive.
