LEADERSHIP STYLES, ASSESSMENT, RESEARCH, AND DESCRIPTION Leadership is the act of exercising powers, on a given group of people in an organization, with an aim of helping themselves and others to attain certain rules. The rules and goals set by the organization are vital and needs someone to be on top of others. Leaders have the mandate to give rules to be adherent to by those under leadership. There are different styles of leadership that make an organization. This covers the relation between the leader and the subordinate staffs. These styles allow both the staff and those in authority to exercise their free will in ideas and decisions making. According to a research done by (Azcentral), foremost, Autocratic leadership style focused on the person in authority, the leader, who is a final decision maker. This style does not involve the subordinate contribution in whatsoever way. All responsibilities are made by the leader and all the communication without minding about those under there leaderships. They would discuss, and make finals decisions on all the important issues of the organizational, without consulting the rest members. since they are part of this organization.Moreso they will communicate back their decisions to the rest and expect quick reactions which my result into inappropriate feedback due to limited time given while not engaging them to be part of their discussion. Such leadership styles could results to conflict resolution among the members working in that organization. Secondly, (Azcentral) describe laissez-faire a style of leadership as a free-fare roll to employees, where they can maneuver and have mandate to exercise their work of choice, with minimal supervision. Azcentral, found this styles to be of more satisfying and of minimum active, to the subordinate. This style of leadership would results to good teambuilding where the employees petitions could be easily heard, thus creating a better way of problem solving and good teamwork between the employer and the employee.
