When identifying the risks, shy should you do the following:
Identify the context for risks management
The risk can be negative, however if the risk is positive, that could mean great
benefits for the organisation, if risk is managed well. It is important to distinguish if
the risk is negative, positive or neutral in order to manage this risk successfully
Identify risk using tools, ensuring all reasonable steps have been taken to identify all
risks
Because using appropriate documentation (e.g. checklists, systems of scales) is a
valuable key to make things work. Seeing things on paper will make it more real.
Document identified risks in accordance with relevant policies, procedures,
legislation and standards?
Because any risks or risks management, that go against legal requirements and
organizational procedures must be avoided.
