Leads to sabotage on work site . Justifications for Problem Definition: 1) Psychological problems and mental illness. Where the employee cannot think in a proper way to solve his problems such as financial problems, Personality conflicts . 2) Work Stress. 3) Drugs and Alcohol Addiction. 4) Social or family problems. Alternatives Course of Actions: 1) Medical Inspection (psychiatrist). 2) Drugs and Alcoholic periodic tests. 3 ) Training for the employee how to recognize the Potential threats and reporting the cases. 4) Regular meetings for the employees to hear their complains and discuss with them the negative points they face within the company.
