As we do not want to create different schematic and symbol for the same circuit structure with different properties, the parameterized schematic and symbol are very important. - Make sure you follow the all steps in handout #1, #2. - Run “icfb” program. A window showed up is called “CIW”-Command Interpreter Window. - Create new library “Lab2” or whatever you like. <CIW>File->New->Library <New Library> Name: Lab2 Technology File: Don’t need a techfile Design Manager: No DM - Open Library Manager. <CIW>Tools->Library Manager - Create inverter schematic cellview. <Library Manager>File->New->Cell View
