-May it please the court. My name is Erika and I am defending Trinity Church. - Trinity had submitted a proposal on December 18, 2015 requesting Cabela to submit a shareholder proposal for its inclusion in its proxy materials for Cabela's 2016 Annual Shareholder's Meeting - Trinity is a longtime shareholder with a small stake in Cabela - We want Cabela to stop selling firearms that can release more than eight rounds without reloading. - It is hard for Cabela to refrain from selling these high capacity weapons to people such as terrorists, or someone who poses a threat to public safety. It is okay for Cabela to keep selling firearms that hold magazines of seven or fewer shells plus one in the chamber - Originally, we misworded our proposal and had requested that Cabela stop selling weapons with a capacity of “eight or more shells”. We mean to say stop selling weapons with a capacity of “more than eight shells”. We apologize for this mistake, and now that it has been clarified, any previous claims that Cabela had made to refuse this proposal is now void. -Cabela would still be able to sell guns such as the Ruger LC9 (capacity of 7+1), but would not be able to sell guns such as the Walther P99 (capacity of 10+1) - Rite aid and Home Depot had similar cases. Rite aid was asked to stop selling

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
