10/28/16 Recommendations The cross country club here at San Diego State University does have its fair share of problems but I think if they apply some of these recommendations they should be off to a way better start. The first thing that needs to happen is more authority in the club. The president is being a little to lenient with some of the guys on the team to be nice but at the same time he is hurting himself. If the club wishes to move forward the president needs to make sure that payments are collected by the set date and that the kids come to practice as they signed up for. Giving the kids an extra day to pay is alright but going weeks with missing payments and having these kids still practice is a little foolish. Also leaning towards this the team needs to be more outgoing. One
