Week 9  During the group presentation experience, I was the one who preferred to let others lead. This is because this time the company we found was an idea of my teammate, so she automatically became the leader of the team. The benefits of this is we could finish everything quickly, because the leader of our group is much more familiar with the company, and she knew exactly what we should mention in the presentation. Therefore, our group work was really productive and each one has his or her work to do. The drawback of this is sometimes it is difficult to really follow my own idea, it is kind of I had to get approval from the leader, but it is ok because we just wanted the best of the whole group.
