To: Paul WintersFrom Bianca ArmandSubject: Removing and replacing tonerDate: 11/12/2017Our company has recently purchased a Lexmark X202 printer. As IT manager I feel it necessary to inform you on how to properly operate and troubleshoot incidents that could occur. This memo will give instruction of the proper way to remove and replace a toner cartridge; failure to follow instructions carefully will result in a huge mess and loss of money. Please follow these steps carefully.Step 1 - Facing the X202 printer, press the button on the left side of the printer (looks like a D) about halfway up to release and lower the front door. *You can locate the toner cartridge by finding a long cylindrical tube with a handle the approx. size as thetoner cartridge itself.Step 2 – To release the toner cartridge there is a release button which is located underneath the cartridge and to the left. Once pressed, grab the toner’s handle and pull up and out to remove the cartridge from the printer.
