These parameters will be utilized to track success or failure of 5 Day Fresh while simultaneously serving as a connection point among organization decision makers. Each metric has been specifically chosen to confirm or reevaluate the validity of Airmounts current marketing strategy.Communication and collaboration among the IT department, sales force, marketing department, and executive leadership as previously mention will be a key determining factor in the success of5 Day Fresh. To facilitate effective communication among the essential personnel, all metrics will be placed on a company dashboard to facilitate immediate feedback between the major contributors. Sales Metrics Sales from New Products- Sales within the first 6-12 months of 5 Day Fresh will be a determining factor to continue or change marketing strategies. Utilizing information pertaining tomethods and locations in which 5 Day Fresh was purchased will provide essential information onnew product sale patterns. This metric was chosen to facilitate immediate feedback to Airmount decision makers and additionally serves as a priority focus for the organization as a whole.New Product Sales Calculation- 5 Day Fresh will be sold in the digital and physical marketplace utilizing third party retailers and our company’s website.
