UNIT2 ASSIGNMENT 2 Unit 2 Assignment Part 1 The first stage of the employee life cycle is the search for candidates for a position. The second stage is the selection of the most qualified individual after interviews. The third stage is training. The fourth stage is the directional stage at which point the employee is given direction as to her/his performance and the expectations of the practice. The fifth stage of the employee life cycle is termination. (see figure 2-2 pg 4). Job Announcement Job Description: Entry Level Coding/Billing Full-time days 9AM-5PM $15-$17/hour D.O.E Cedar Rapids, Iowa/52402 We are currently looking for an Entry Level Medical Coder for our billing department.
