May 27, 2011)Facts: Plaintiff Lauren Rosenberg was using Google Maps for walking directions and it directed her to cross State Route 224. This highway had heavy traffic with no sidewalks and she became seriously injured when she was hit by a car driven by Defendant Patrick Harwood. Rosenberg stated four causes of action against the Defendant Google, two of which being consented to dismiss. The two claims that were not dismissed were general negligence and failure to warn.
