This section is worth 5 points. 1. Briefly describe the main question of incorporation and explain what the Supreme Court justices disagreed on. (2 points) The main question of incorporation is whether or not the amendments to the constitution should apply to the state courts as well as the federal courts. 2. After reading the excerpts from the opinions by Justices Black and Frankfurter, compare the two opinions by filling in the chart. (3 points)
