LB is working in multidisciplinary team for each brands and produce qualitative creative products in order to stimulate a valuable interconnectedness between the brand and its customers. The team is mainly composed of young employees and they are all dedicated to the large amount of weekly work. Firstly, based in Chicago, the LB company opened one office in Toronto and an other one in London, which became the LB’s headquarters. Until now, the company is working hand in hand with a long-lasted client, Ontann Beauty Care (OBC). OBC is one of the leading manufacturer in beauty and health. Its global marketing team is centralized, they develop global communication templates and local markets have to adjust the offer to the market by thinking below the line (BTL).
