Project ONE You have been learning about the roles and job duties that are an integral part of forensic science. Now it is time for you to synthesize your knowledge of evidence recognition, collection, documentation, and crime scene reconstruction in an appellate court brief for your first quarter project. You will start the project now and submit your brief later in the course. The completed paper will be due at the end of the course. This due date is posted in the course calendar. Getting started: You are to choose a crime and write an appeal brief that could be submitted to the State Supreme Court. You may choose to analyze a case from the course or you may choose a case on your own. (See what to do below). Your task is to evaluate the crime scene procedures in the case you choose and write an appeals document from the point of view of the defendant. You should focus on the topics that are being covered in modules one through four. These modules include
