Climate change is a serious problem within our world today. Why is this not a more imperative problem in our world today. Shouldn’t the preservation of our world be an integral change that we must apply to our society? 3. Does ethnocentrism help with nation building or does it actually tear a nation apart due to the belief of normal, natural, and superior beliefs? What is Anthropology? The study of the full scope of human diversity and the application of that knowledge to help people of different backgrounds better understand one another. - has a global scope - bottom up - ethnographic fieldwork - people and structures of power - we are all connected Different Anthropological Perspectives Holistic perspective - the assumption that any aspect of a culture is integrated with other aspects so that every aspect of the culture must be understood in its total context.
