Smart Goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Timely Teaching Tip: For comparison purposes, the instructor is required to read on the “balance scorecard” and compare its usage to determine effectiveness. KPI Logistics All deliverables must be able to comply to the SMART goals. Organization needs to monitor performance.
