It is also known as Employee Self Service (ESS). It is used to take care of employees in many different ways. This is used to facilitate employees in different ways. The organization should treat their employees as an asset. They take care their human resources and job-related task that would be complete by human resource management and human resource personnel. This HR and Self Service use by many companies in order to decrease labor hours, reduce the burden from employees and increase the efficiency. However, this option may be not good for every company to adopt (Hawking, et al., 2004).The HR & Self-Service help employees in many ways but it has to determine that every company either use it or not. Normally the large companies can be able to get facilitate by this service.Whereas. small and medium-size companies may vary either they can adopt the self-service system or not. In order to adopt the HR & Self-service system companies should go for the research and also review the pons and cons that either they should adopt it or not (Gambhir etal., 2000).As director, the HR & Self-Service helps me a lot in different ways. The very first benefitis that it reduces the labor frustration and increase the efficiency of the whole process. It also helps to reduce the cost as employees get satisfied by it and they do not want everything on paperor printed form. As it is user-friendly so easily understood by the managers and employees.
