Now it reforms from just personnel hiring and salary department to become an essential and strategic part of the organization. The human resource is now not only revolving around the administration but also it applies certain management theories in order to handle workforce in the organization. Now HR is involved in serving the clients part of only serving the needs of employees. The changing definition of HR makes it domain vast by making its database as having a vast data employees and business, which help in the strategic decision making of the organization. The human resource information system has changed, revolve and re-engineer the whole system recruitment and management of workforce in an organization. The core concept of Human resource and its related functions to use all the HR strategies in order to enhance the decision power of the organization, which influence people (Vosburgh, 2016). In my case of developing Human Resource Information System, I will go to first create awareness among CEO and management of the fortune 500 company. For making Fortune 500 Company influenced, there should be a proper alignment of administration and management with the company chosen software. That will increase the benefits of the company for long run normally in HRIS the technology which users are able to evolve the company strategic decision and its structure. The whole structure of HRIS is revolved around to increase the satisfaction of employees, security the right candidate for the right job and make effective training and development which helps to increase the performance of employees (Duggan & Media, 2015).

The recruitment system is shifted from the physical recruitment to online recruitment because of HRIS. If we see in today world many social media website such as Facebook, LinkedIn is totally based on recruitment purpose. So fortune 500 companies can use this way to become a part of another channel of recruitment. The basic agenda of the best company is to recruit the best candidate for the company which can be done through social channel easily. It can also help the employees and HR department to find the right pool of candidate who fits best for the betterment of the organization. Instead of going toward the manual system, collect and calculate easy thing manually the easiest way is to get the resumes online. It helps in two ways as it reduces the burden on employees and it eliminates the chances of error too. The recruitment software makes the recruitment system more appropriate and fastest.
