Eteraz explains in depth his journeys, including the scenery, backgrounds and much more. Throughout the journey, Eteraz travels from his home which was in Pakistan to the United States and expressed every detail about his experience during his journey. While reading this book, I observed that Eteraz highlighted different aspects that were directly related to Muslim beliefs and how the day to day lifestyle of a Muslim really is defined. Eteraz takes on this journey throughout the story and even provides a summary on the background of his name and why he received it. Although Eteraz changes his name to help him achieve what he wanted and his beliefs, it was an amazing experience to read and understand why he did originally obtain that given name. Eteraz defines his childhood experiences all the way through the adult life experiences. Eteraz explored each new experience that he interacted with a had a way of exemplifying appreciation towards that experience.
