2 Staying Relevant Simulation Reflection The main key point of this simulation is bright road health care, they want to double the attentiveness of the company and help the facility achieve ways for up to date programs that are offered, improve the appearance with the community, support special proceedings that are sponsored. All of this can be done through using the online media. For example radio and television can be some of the options, but also can be an expensive choice of advertising, and with the cost of health care being high the consumers might think using this type of advertising will make the cost higher. Using email might be another option to promote the company. Bright Road health care is thinking of using the opt-in method of sending messages so they don’t provoke or have any negative things on the message. Their main goals should be to have a perfect relationship with their consumer when successfully marketing the facility. Having social media is a good outlet and notifies the surrounding community of any important information. Social media for a business is all about maintaining and providing a relationship with an audience that is involved. The audience should
