This chapter explains the benefits of and the various guidelines on capturing knowledge with a context. Focus on the guidelines on capturing knowledge necessary in an organization. Chapter 13, "Embedding It in the Organization—Preparing to Let Go" Chapter 13 focuses on the application of KM. The chapter also emphasizes various methods that organizations use to enable their employees to apply KM methods without excessive support from senior managers.
