Review of Short Answer Questions Wednesday, February 6 Anthropology 310 Spring 2008 1. Provide one example of how the “third face” of power might come into play in a setting where people of two different cultures interact regularly with one another. Next, explain how that same outcome might result through the exercise of the first and second “face” of power. 2. There are certain cultural principles or patterns that operated in the times of classic Maya civilization, and that still operate in Maya society today.
