different kinds of internet and social media applications in attracting new and talented employees
in their organization?

Introduction
The improvement and development of the technology are unstoppable, today, the
business industries are being run on the internet and the advanced technology. Studies have
shown that in these coming few years, the organization will acquire more than 50% of millennial
working on their company. That means that the organizations need new employees to help their
organization go with the flow of promoting and transforming their organization. That is why the
roles and responsibilities of the Human Resource IT Specialist are very important, they are the
ones who are responsible for looking and acquiring talented and knowledgeable employees. The
question is, how do the Human Resource It Specialist can use their knowledge together with the
help of different kinds of internet and social media applications in attracting new and talented
employees in their organization?
Methodology and Sources
The main roles and responsibilities of a Human Resource Specialist are preparing and
updating the records of the employees, monitoring and assessing hiring process, looking for the
best and effective way of promoting their organization, terminating employees, and acquiring
new employees through the use of different kinds of hiring process, (Human Resources Edu).
Planning in advance on what types of hiring tools should be used is a great idea. Through the
help of the advanced technology and the different kinds of social media applications such as
