1 Introduction Sexual harassment was defined by the U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as a form of sex discrimination which can violate the human rights of a person. The most common sexual harassment occurring in our society nowadays is the sexual harassment in the workplace. In this project, we will study and research different kinds of cases of sexual harassment that happened in our history. We will also discuss the effects of it on the victims and what the offenders do when accused sexual harassment. Platform Based on our researches, we found out prominent sexual harassment cases in the year 2017. The first case was a newscaster from NBC news, the name of the offender was Matt Lauer. Matt Lauer was part of one of their segment known as the Today Morning Show. He was fired by the management because of his inappropriate conduct by giving explicit sex toys and making sexual verbal comments with the employees. The second case happened last October 5, 2017, a Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was allegedly accused of raping a woman and harassing dozen of women. The third case of an offender of a sexual harassment was about Bill Cosby. Just like what happened to Matt Lauer, he was also fired from his job due to his intent to rape nearly 60 women. This case was filed on June 5, 2017, (Pirani, 2017). On the other hand, there are also a lot of existing cases of sexual harassment in the workplace. We gathered four different stories, the first one was about Ani Chopourian vs. the Catholic Healthcare West in the year 2012. A physician assistant at the Mercy General Hospital filed multiple complaints to a surgeon because she was allegedly treated inappropriately. She
