Its expansion is attributed to number of factors including its well stipulated mission, goals, and values, also coupled with visionary leadership. Currently, the company is ranked big four brands in the world with extensive market share, in addition to this, cost leadership and product diversification into other industries such as banking, communication, manufacturing, technology, and insurance has been its greatest competitive edge. In order for the company to sustain its competitive advantage in this dynamic and very competitive field, a strategized approach of mitigating the competition is imperative.
