I enjoyed the group discussion about planetary boundary best. In the first partof this activity, students with the same choice of planetary boundaries (PB) weregathered into groups to discuss about what they have learnt from their research.Later, the students from different PB groups would work together to share theirknowledge about their own PB choice. The purpose of this activity is to view thesame academic topic from different prospective, and learn new knowledge viadiscussion. Personally, I feel this activity very challenging at the beginning, as I feeluncomfortable with small group discussion, in fear of providing inaccurateinformation. I used to believe that everyone needs to have abundant knowledge onwhat they have learnt, so that the other members could learn from each other’sspeech in the discussion. I was afraid that the group would be less beneficial if Imake any mistake on my information. Therefore, I became too nervous to speak inthe discussion.
