Part 1: About my team Part 1: About my team How did you develop your team in Week Two?Well as we had worked together before we all knew how to work as a great team. Billie was new to our team but he fit in well, letting us know his plans the same thing that we all do, as they come up. He asked to be given an assignment because he was going to be gone most of the week, and our team leader didn’t do that or keep track of what was taken. We all split the work up and text, email, and post on the school site to ask forhelp share our thoughts and plan how to get all the work done. We really knew how to just jump into the work and we didn’t have to wait for our leader to tell us what to do. I know this can also pull some of the pressure off of her shoulders. Did you require a team leader?
