Marketing PlanMax SalzerMission Statement:The purpose of this marketing plan is to create a more successful business which uses its income more wisely and to a more effective degree. This being said, it will help identify which areas need more support and are weak, decreasing the total amount of revenue that can possibly made, and which areas are already strong and can be focused less on. Along with this, it will also help identify the target market for the business, or the certain group/s of customers that will be the major purchasers of my restaurant service, so I can promote my products through various forms of advertising toa successful degree. To add to these things, it will also provide a guide for my business to follow over a long period of time and will help track the successes that it makes and the goals which I achieve. Lastly, it will also tie together certain market objectives and will give more clarity on how to more effectively run my business. As a part of the restaurant buisness, I personally have two goals that I am trying to achieve. First off andmost importantly, I am trying to bring in as much revenue as possible with little expenses so I can successfully make a living for myself and my workers. On the other side, I am also trying to provide an easy way for those with little time or resources to eata good, nutritious meal at an affordable cost. In order to achieve both of these things, it is key that I determine my target market and use promotion to increase the popularity of my business amongst them, that I key in on the specific wants and preferences of thesecustomers and change my ways accordingly, and finally find the right prices and products which will cause me to make a greater profit as a business.Product/Service: Hot Dogs: A 100% beef hot dog served on a whole wheat bun. Very quick to make and is one of our best and most popular food choices.Pizza: A variety of different ingredients(cheese, pepperoni, sausage, four meat, canadian bacon, supreme) made to order with our signature sauce. All vegetables are grown organically without pesticides or gmo’s that could cause harmful health effects. Each piece takes a significant longer time to cook, increasing drive through time. Ice Cream: Different choices and flavors of ice cream cones, sundaes and shakes. All dairy products are purchased directly from local ranchers. Contains large amounts of sugar and calories. Chicken Strips: White chicken breasts purchased from local farmers deep fried in oil and butter.Hamburgers: A quarter pound angus burger with choices of pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, onion rings, and tomatoes. French Fries: Deep fried red norland potatoes grown by master gardeners.Soda: A large quantity of pepsi products including Mtn. Dew, Root Beer, and Pepsi.
