Taylor Miles Glorhea Sherman GSU 1010 20 th July 2016 Financial Literacy: Student Budgeting Reflecting on the article, Dine In or Out: Understanding the Budgeting and Eating Out Behavior of De La Salle University Students, although it was not particularly related to Georgia State students, they had some of the same characters. The article discussed the reasoning behind why students tend to gain weight while in college and the emotional aspect behind it. Students tend to eat more when they’re going through emotional changes or stress. Since students eat more, they are spending more. Food tends to be one of the highest spending problems, which for more students is not a good thing because of other material they need to be investing that money into. Closely related to Handbook of United States Economic and Financial Indicators , the book found in the library, they connected well with each other as far as finances. Both were touching
