The System developed is aimed at increasing efficiency levels of service delivery in Lugari Youth Savings and Credit Co-operative society Limited. It has the registration of the new

Members module that forms the first form through which we collect the basic Members information. It also has the Staff module that is responsible for the registration of the staff the services module in charge of the entries of the various services offered around the SACCO. The system has two access modes i.e. as an Admin or as a User. It is set to be managed by either the Manager, Assmanager or the SACCO Secretary. The staff can be either system Admins or mere Users but the secretary is a mere User by default. Both the system Users and Admins have well defined rights to the system operation as well as the secretary who for example has no access to any other SACCO system record apart from the registration form which he / she registers the incoming Members (both the active and the dormant). All of these access rights are defined as one creates a new system user account as well as when updating or resetting an account as well. We also have the Authentication module that is in charge of operational user accounts creation as well as the necessary updating and resetting. There are also the reports
