MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT [DLSU - RVR COB Internship Program] This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into in the City of Manila, Philippines, by and between: __________________________________________, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at _____________________________________________________, represented by its _______________, ______________________, and hereinafter referred to as “ Host Company ”; -and- DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY, an educational institution duly organized and registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, having its principal office address at 2401 Taft Avenue, Manila, through its RAMON V. DEL ROSARIO COLLEGE OF BUSINESS represented by its Dean, Dr. Brian C. Gozun, and hereinafter referred to as “ DLSU - RVR COB ”. WHEREAS , the Host Company, in its desire to enhance the training and development of more and better business professionals, has agreed to provide technical support to the students of DLSU - RVR COB in the form of training on current and latest developments in the business industry; WHEREAS , DLSU – RVR COB has instituted the RVR COB INTERNSHIP PROGRAM wherein students undergo on-the-job training at Host Company as part of the college’s efforts to adequately expose its students to actual industry work situations, thereby enhancing their formal education. NOW, THEREFORE , for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Host Company and DLSU – RVR COB hereby agree as follows: A. The Host Company shall: A. undertake the selection process from among the recommended students in accordance with its Company policies and guidelines in the recruitment and selection for this purpose;

B. provide practicum training to students which are related to their degree program; For Management and Organization Department (MOD) Interns : The Host Company shall accommodate interns for three alternate trimesters; C. provide students with an orientation about the company and the job to be performed by the intern.; D. provide specific training schedule for the students based on the specifications provided by RVRCOB not later than the first 25 percent of the total practicum hours.; E. provide venue, facilities and other resources necessary for the practicum training and assign personnel to supervise the on-the-job training of DLSU RVR-COB students; F. provide a safe and conducive working environment for the interns, free from any form of coercion, harassment and any exposure to unethical practices; G. expose students to its various stakeholders and whenever possible, provide interns with opportunity to interact with these stakeholders; For Financial Management Department (FMD) Interns : exposure and interaction with stakeholders shall be limited at the physical space of the Host Company.
