Jennifer Watson Into To Criminal Justice February 29, 2016 The OJ Simpson Case Did OJ Simpson truly isn't that right? This inquiry has a great deal of discussion. Before OJ Simpson was captured he was included in an auto pursue with his companion Al Cowlings. Simpson should turn himself in however rather he hijacked his companion in his truck and attempted to escape debilitating to murder himself while his companion drove. While this was going on Simpson's legal advisor read a letter to the media composed by Simpson, "First everybody comprehend I don't had anything to do with Nicole's homicide. Try not to feel frustrated about me. I've had an extraordinary life." This just about sounds like a suicide note. Why compose a suicide note in case you're honest? Simpson showed up at his first court appearance on June 21 and he pleaded not guilty to the two murders. A jury was formed right away to see if there was enough evidence to press charges on OJ Simpson. Two days later on June 23, the jury was dismissed because there was so much media coverage on this case and they did not want the jury to be influenced by it. A week long hearing took place and finally a California court superior judge ruled that there was enough evidence to try OJ Simpson for the murders of Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman. At his second court appearance, on July 23, Simpson pleaded in a confident and defiant tone: "Absolutely, one hundred percent, not guilty." Leading the murder investigation was veteran LAPD detective Tom Lange. What
